Spicy Baked Fries
Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes
2-3 tsp avocado oil
1-2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1-2 tsp paprika
1-2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes into wedges. Toss with avocado oil and desired amount of spices. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the potato wedges in lines on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, flip the potatoes with a tongs, and bake for another 15-20 minutes to desired brownness. I like them pretty dark and crispy.
